Terms of Use
General
We sell products to adults, both private individuals and businesses within EU. These terms and conditions apply to ordering products from our online store, as well as corresponding deliveries, and are valid from October 4, 2022. We reserve the right to unilaterally amend the terms from time to time, so please review our terms each time you order products from our online store.
Products and Product Prices
The features and prices of the products in the online store are presented in connection with the product description of each item. We reserve the right to change prices, so please check the prices in your shopping cart before confirming the order. The prices of the products include taxes, which are shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation.
Shipping Fees
The shipping costs within Finland are €5.80 including VAT 24%. The shipping costs elsewhere in the EU are €12.80 including VAT 24%.
Ordering, Contract, and Payment
You can order products on our website by adding them to your shopping cart and confirming the order. Payment methods in the online store include: online bank transfer, credit card payment (American Express, Visa, MasterCard), mobile payment (MobilePay, Pivo, Siirto), Apple Pay, and bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer as your payment method, you will receive a payment request via email once the order is finalized.
When ordering from the online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and commit to the applicable delivery terms and conditions. You understand that the order you accept and confirm creates a binding agreement between us in accordance with these delivery terms and conditions, except as later mentioned regarding the right of withdrawal.
The payment service provider and the implementer of the payment service is Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7), in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or credit card bill and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is licensed as a payment institution. Order and Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, so please provide your email address when placing an order. The order confirmation will also confirm the payment method used. Once the payment has been received, you will receive a payment confirmation via email. When your paid order has been finalized, you will receive shipping tracking information via email.
Delivery Method and Delivery Time
We deliver the products via Matkahuolto either as a letter to your home or as a package to the nearest pick-up point. Ready-made clothes will be delivered within approximately 2-5 business days from the order date within Finland and approximately 4-10 business days from the order date elsewhere in the EU. The delivery time for custom-made clothes is specified for each product.
Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
You have the right to cancel the order by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods or the last item in the order, or if the order involves regular delivery of goods, within 14 days of receiving the first item.
The notice of cancellation must be clearly made by email to us. The returned products must be in their original packaging, unused (only tried on indoors), and securely packaged for return shipment.
If the purchase is canceled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been made. You will receive the return address with the cancellation notice. If necessary, the sender must provide proof that the goods have been returned within the specified time, such as a return receipt. The sender is responsible for the costs of returning the goods. These costs will not be refunded to the sender.
When returning the delivered order, please include your name, contact information, and order number. We will refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with consumer protection laws.
The right of withdrawal under Finnish consumer protection law does not apply to custom-made products. When returning a custom-made product, half (50%) of the product's price will be refunded. The aforementioned applies to all orders within EU. The sender is responsible for the costs of returning the product. These costs will not be refunded to the sender.
Unclaimed and Misdelivered Packages
If, for any reason, the customer fails to collect the shipment from the Post Office (pickup time is 7 days) and it is returned to the seller, we will refund only the remaining part of the purchase price upon request, after deducting the return shipping costs. In addition, the customer is responsible for the new shipping costs if they wish to have the product resent. The same situation applies if the delivery address or phone number is provided incorrectly, or if the designated recipient does not reside at the address provided as the delivery address.
Checking the Shipment, Errors, and Problem Situations
Please check the shipment as soon as you receive it. If the product is lost or damaged during transportation, or if it otherwise does not correspond to your order or is defective, please notify us as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days by email, and we will agree on how to correct the error. In consumer sales, we adhere to the mandatory consumer protection laws regarding liability for defects.
