Size Guide

Each product description includes a size chart. On this page, you'll find a video and images with measuring instructions. Accurate measurements are important to ensure the clothes fit properly. If you have any questions about measuring or sizing, please contact us for assistance. All measurements are given in centimeters.

Back Length

The length of the back part of the garment (from the withers to the hem in jackets, and from the withers to the base of the tail in overalls). For overalls, the back length should be as close as possible to the dog's back length. In jackets, the back length can be longer than the dog's back length. If your dog has a stubby tail or carries its tail up, choose a jacket with a short or tail-split design.

Chest Girth

The chest girth of the garment (ideal size for the dog's chest girth in jackets). For stretchy fabrics (jersey, fleece, merino wool, linen), the garment's chest girth should be only slightly larger than the dog's chest girth. For non-stretchy fabrics, the garment's chest girth should allow for some movement.

Neck Girth

The circumference of the garment's neck opening or collar, measured around the lower part of the neck. For stretchy fabrics (jersey, fleece, merino wool, linen), the garment's neck girth should be slightly larger than the dog's neck girth. For non-stretchy fabrics, the garment's neck girth should allow for some movement.

Collar Length

The length of the garment's collar, measured from the top of the collar. To ensure the collar stays over the ears, it should be longer than the length of the dog's neck.

Leg Length

The length of the leg measured from the armpit to the wrist. In overalls, the front and back legs should be of equal length. The leg should extend slightly above the dewclaw in the front leg.

Sizing May Vary

The sizing for garments is specific to our collection. A garment purchased from us may not match the measurements of a garment with the same size label from another store. Please keep this in mind when making your purchases.

Measuring Your Dog

It's best to measure your dog calmly, in a place where the dog feels comfortable. Take the measurements a few times to ensure accuracy. Reward your dog at regular intervals. By putting a little effort into measuring your dog, you'll be able to choose the best-fitting size. For sensitive dogs, you can use a non-stretchable string or ribbon instead of a measuring tape.
